We had a great experience at Toyota, Andy Smart was a delight to deal with and all the other staff we also spoke with were professional and super friendly...this is the second car we have bought from them and it won't be the last...now to wait for delivery!! Special mention of Kerry too who sold us the first car and assisted with the sale of this one...she has a genuine manner and an exceptional memory which made for a personal experience...

Allie and Pat really went the extra mile!! Can't thank them enough for everything they have done for us during the entire process. Their knowledge, patience and understanding is second to none. After having made enquiries with several sales people in the months prior to signing - Allie has done a wonderful job and I would recommend her to anyone.

Do not get pacific toyota to install your prestige number plates because they only last 298kms on bitumen and then they fall off and then they will advise you that they do not take responsibility of the number plates even though they tell you they install them all the time, it cost $366 for replacement plates and they won't come to the party even though you spend $130,000.00 to buy the car from them. I am told to check the plates to make sure they are right so therefore they are asking you to check there work incase its not done correctly.

Very disappointed with the level of care given to my brand new car. When I put a deposit on the car, I inspected the condition of the car with the salesman next to me. I looked under the car to see if there were any scratches on the front bumper, but I didn't see any it was in perfect condition. Two days later, I come to pick up the car I drove like a granny home, carefully driving up my driveway on an angle to avoid scratching the undercar. The car was not even that low I have driven cars with adjustable coilovers lower than that and I never scratched. The next morning, I decided to look over the car and learn about how its features work. I decided to look under the car again just in case, and lo and behold, I found two big scratches on each end of the front bumper and small scratches along the middle. It looks like someone drove the car frontward into a steep driveway or speed bump. I was thinking not to address this issue with the dealer at the time of my discovery because I knew it would be a waste of time, but I just didn't feel right, so I decided to address them the next day. They made some excuse (I already know what they're going to say), saying that once I drove it off the lot, it's no longer their problem. The salesperson was very nice there was no issue with him, but the poor level of care for the car once it's no longer theirs they just don't care. This car is a very special limited edition with low production. Fixing the car or replacing it with a new bumper will just ruin the originality of the car. I'm so furious buying a new car but got a used car condition 😡. This experience with Pacific Toyota makes me very anxious to bring my car here for future service. I just wish it doesn't void the warranty to get it serviced somewhere else. Beware: if you bring your car here to be serviced or buy a car here, make sure you take plenty of before and after photos before you get in the car and drive off.
